The Industrial Gigabit PoE++ Splitter 90 W from Intellinet Network Solutions is built to bridge the gap between high-power PoE infrastructure and non-PoE devices in demanding environments. Compliant with IEEE 802.3bt (4PPoE), it accepts up to 90 watts of input power and splits it into Gigabit Ethernet and selectable DC output. This makes it ideal for powering devices like IP cameras, industrial PCs, sensors, or media converters that require a stable DC voltage but aren’t PoE-enabled.

Flexible DC Output for Maximum Compatibility

Offering selectable output voltages of 12 V, 16 V, 24 V (2.3 A), or 48 V (1.25 A) via a secure 4-pin terminal block, this splitter adapts easily to the needs of various devices. It supports a wide range of applications without the need for additional power converters or wiring changes. The Gigabit Ethernet output ensures uninterrupted high-speed data transmission alongside the power delivery.

Built to Withstand Harsh Environments

Housed in an IP50-rated metal casing, the splitter is engineered for durability and resilience. It operates reliably in extreme temperatures ranging from -40 to 75ºC (-40 to 167ºF), making it ideal for use in industrial automation, outdoor enclosures, or temperature-sensitive locations. The compact design supports DIN-rail mounting for easy integration into control cabinets or network panels.

Intelligent Protection and Surge Resistance

To safeguard connected equipment, the splitter includes comprehensive protection features such as short-circuit, overload, and high-voltage protection. ESD protection up to 8 kV (air) and 6 kV (contact), along with port surge protection up to 6 kV, ensures reliable performance in electrically noisy environments. An integrated grounding point provides additional shielding against electrical surges.

Standards-Compliant and Easy to Deploy

With one RJ45 PoE input port compatible with IEEE 802.3bt/at/af injectors or switches and one RJ45 data-only output port supporting 10/100/1000 Mbps, the unit covers a full range of networking requirements. It also supports standard Ethernet distances up to 100 meters (328 ft.), offering flexible placement. Fully TAA-compliant, it’s ready for deployment in government and enterprise projects where compliance matters.

Wall-mount option

For full installation flexibility, you can mount the injector on the wall through four built-in fixing points on the back panel.
