Locate and analyze the RJ45 port connections in your network

Use this tool to effortlessly analyze RJ45 port connections in real time. You can check their trace status for an active connection (port LED lights red), a correctly cabled connection (port LED lights green), and a failure in cable termination (port LED is off). This works with select keystone jacks (#791267 & 791274) and patch panels (#721080) with built-in LEDs from Intellinet Network Solutions. For the best overall solution, we recommend using all these three components in conjunction.

• Switch in upper position: LED lights up when the button is pressed
  
• Switch in middle position: LED flashes when the button is pressed
  
• Switch in lower position: LED lights up continuously without the button being pressed

• Red: Connection is patched/uplinked to a switch
  
• Green: Connection is cabled correctly
